Who called from 2129648091

Called on my cell phone. They didn't leave a message. Thanks to the above posts I blocked the scammer.

I did not speak to the caller as the phone message sounded very suspicious.  They wanted to lower my current rate % but did not tell me which card they were referring to.

Called my cell phone. I didn't pick up & they didn't leave a voicemail. Got a busy signal once I called back

Robo call, "Heather" from  Credit Card Services with the usual "lower your credit card payments" scam. Placed to a number on the NDNCR. Blocked & reported to FTC.
