first time being called from this number. Looked like a weird # on caller ID so I just picked up receiver and immediately hung up. Will block call if it continues.
Got call from this number last night and left a message which was a recording that said "security check". I called back and got message that the number I was trying to reach was out of service. Area code is Los Angeles but I don't believe that the phone company gives out the number 000-0000 so I'm thinking it is some kind of phone hacker/scam.
This person called asking for someone in the office who wasn't in. Thinking it was a solicitation I asked to be removed from their list and she said "NO". I asked where she was calling from and she said from the 'governor's office', seeing that she refused to remove us from her list I hung up.
