Got a call from 213-008-0504 at 09:00 CST on 04/26/2011. The caller asked for my ex-wife (whom I have been divorced from for over 3 years) and refused to identify who they were, or where they were calling from. They hung up after finding that they were calling for my ex-wife. I have to assume that given the information I do have that this is a call from some sort of debt collection agency or a marketer, but I am not entirely certain of which it is.

I know the following about this call:
No caller ID info other than this number was provided
Number is a spoofed number as 008 is an invalid Number Exchange Extension (FCC verifies this)
Call does not list a city and/state from which it originated in my call logs (blank information)
213 area code is Los Angeles, CA (but again number was spoofed so this is potentially spoofed too)
Caller does not identify themselves or the company they are calling from
Caller does not provide a callback number
Call is not automated

My phone number is on the National Do Not Call Registry
I have attempted reverse look-up (even knowing that 008 is an invalid NXX)
I have registered a complaint with both the FTC and FCC regarding this call
