I get this call on my business line ALL the time!  Its a company that calls, asks if you have a website, you cannot understand the foreign language the person on the other line is speaking.  When they ask for the owner, and you tell them you are the owner, they hang up on you!!!  I can't STAND this call, but can't call it back.
