It's a marketing sales call of some sort. If you call the number back, they give you an option to opt out of the calls; but tell you it could take up to 72 hours to put your # on their Do Not Call list.
Why do we have a no call system, state and federal? You can report all you want and nothing is done. They complain the don't have time and resources to deal with the problem. However, they have enough time to shut down kids lemonade stands and hassle people about not cutting their lawns and a thousand other insignificant things.
