Telemarketers. I called the number back. Its a recording saying that they called  because you visited one of there websites recently.
Scam......

Just got a quick call from this number. No message. Appears to be telemarketer.

Called cellphone, rang once and hung up, no message. ID says it's a Los Angeles number.

Incoming call 1-8-19 8:14 pm.
L.A. No ID or name. Online search shows: Portfolio Recovery. Scam debt collector. Calls day/night from various states. Harassament. Woke me up this evening. Continue to block. New number daily.
