I received the same thing today with the same message about pictures from a 702 area code. My friend works for the FBI and I forwarded the message to him. I'm sure it's some sort of virus.

I also recieved same message. This one says a woman from Reno messaged n blah blah bout seeing pics n id know her. Message from 312-459-1380..
