They're probably equally as likely to scam you as the 319 million people who were born and raised here in America, and as likely as any of the 7 billion people in the rest of the world (which is where most scam calls originate)

Now, do you have any ACTUAL information to add about this number that called you, or was this just a xenophobic rant?
Called my cellphone claiming that my debit card has been blocked and to deactivate it I need to enter the account number and all info. I hung up. Not stupid. Was an automated caller. The. I tried to call the number back and said it was an invalid number.
