I filed a complaint with the Do Not Call registry. https://www.donotcall.gov/. Don't know if it will help, though.

I was asleep, the call woke me up.  I then press the #8 to be removed from their list.

Ditto much of the above.  Each time you actually talk to anyone and tell them you're on the Do Not Call list they hang up then a few days later it's the same again.
