Never answer unknown numbers. If the call is important they will leave a message. If they don't, waste of time.

Robocaller told me I had won a free cruise to the Bahamas.

no idea who this is . Did not pick up. No message. came in at 7.51 pm in Los Angeles

I received a call from this number in early afternoon (and another from the same area code just 8 minutes earlier, which I suspect to be from the same caller).  No name on caller ID.  No message was left.
