I received a call from this number last evening at 7:40. All I could understand was something about a superior court and me being a resident of Hawthorne. I deleted the message that was left as it made no sense to me.

Same old scammers with a new number.  You block one, they come right back with another one.  No ID, no message.  Just more aggravation.
