I have been getting calls from 650-353-9298 by a lady claiming that I have legal charges filed against me and I have to appear in court. Ummmm NO, that doesn't sound right. She stated on the voice mail to call 415-851-8585 along with a case #. This has to be a scam! Has anyone else gotten these type of calls?
I received a not so nice message from Ms. Stewart calling from 213-221-2948. She stated she was calling from Solano County which is located in Northern Ca with an area code of 707 not 213. I just called a few minutes ago and its disconnected. I called yesterday and it was in service.
SCAM! SCAM!! SCAM!!! Same voice gives a different name each time: Tasha Hayes, Tasha Hicks etc. Will not state who the plaintiff is. Just wants 2 verify my info (address & SSN) for papers being filed "today". Leaves a call back numbet of 415-851-8585 & a bogus case number. Person does not even speak professionally. Really?? By no means will they ever get any info from me for their scam!

Lady calls states my full name says papers are being filed today wants to verify my address says to call the plaintiff at 415-851-8585 and a bogus case number!! It's a scam don't give any infoation!! A court and lawyer will send written notification and they will already have your information they do not call!!
