Two calls in the past week to my cell which is on the FTC do not call list. No message was left, Area code is Los Angeles and I know very few people there (although if this number is sourced from a VOIP service provider the call could originate from anywhere so the area code may not mean much). Legitimate businesses will almost always leave a message. Blocked the number.
