They call all the time never answer when you call back. Trying to deliver papers for a complaint???? Only a vm when I call back says magic jack customer. BS
they were trying to get ahold of my step daughters grandma.....lol They wanted to make sure that someone would be home to accept court documents regarding a complaint. I said she hasn't moved in 10 years so I'm sure you can deliver them. When i wouldn't give her # they hung up. never identified herself. 2nd call.
Got a call from a man saying he neded to speak with my father, i asked regarding what? He said, "there is a complaint being filed against him" and he needed to call a # . I asked complaint from where and what. He said he is a third party and it was just a courtesy call. I asked his name he said "peter joseph" from litigation services. I asked if he could verify information on my father , he gave me an erroneous DOB . When i told him he has the wrong person he hing up. No appologies for his harrasing phone call! NEVER GIVE INFO!
