North gate funding -at the bottom of the fax it gives you a number to call to be removed from their fax list when you call it it was the 8 digit # at the bottom of the page but no matter how many times you enter it it always says I am sorry I did not get any response please enter the 8 digit # at the bottom of the fax!!
