I was called from this number stating I owe a loan that I made in 2014 supposedly in hilo but I was living in Maui the island I'm currently living on til this day and the lady was very rude telling me I was rude because I was telling the truth and this is not the first time they called and tell me I had a loan in collection but I can avoid further action if I pay 135.00 today but I know this is a scam because this ain't the first time they say to avoid court and even gave me the court date but when I checked they were no such court date for me so just giving people heads up don't give any money to this number its a scam people using old information to scare you
CALLER LEFT SEVERAL VOICE MESSAGES SAYING THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO HAVE MY DAUGHTER ARRESTED FOR A CHECK THAT WAS LEFT UNPAID.... SHES A MINOR DUMB JERKS AND SHE DOESN'T OWN A CHECKING ACCOUNT AND ANY RETURNED OR UNPAID CHECKS GET TURNED INTO THE COUNTY AS THEY SEND DOCUMENTS WITH A PHOTO COPY OF THE BAD CHECK!!! NICE TRY [***] ON MORE CALL AND i'M GONNA BE THE ONES TO TURN YOU IN!!!
These people should all be carted off to an island. They are scum suckers. They are the worst criminals in the world!!! Instead of holding a gun to your head they try to use intimidation tactics. An unpaid loan would not constitute a criminal case. They will tell you that they are a lawyer, not true, they will say that they have a paralegal, not true, they will say they work for investigations, they don't, they say you will be served a bench warrant, you won't. They will say that you will be taken to court. Well.... ask them for a physical address so you can take it to your attorney. They will never give it to you. They will scream at you and talk louder and louder. Then they will hang up the phone. No do not give them any money.
