Called today asking for the silent partner... told him he was unavailable and he said I'll call back and hung up. Immediately redialed it, went directly back to this rude guy. Didn't even say hello to him, asked him what is this in regard to? Lots of call center noise in background, he replies "it's ok, I'll speak to (silent partner) about it when he's in."
