Called me today. I asked for a supervisor. I could tell he changed the phone to his other ear and pretended to be the supervisor. This the 3rd call this week. Definate scam.
SCAM!!! Called my cell phone and said they were a technician. Indian accent. He was giving me "steps" to follow on my computer. I pretended to follow his instructions (I was no where near a computer during this call! Lol) When I couldn't describe what was "on my screen" you could tell he was getting frustrated. He asked "WHAT ARE YOU SEEING ON YOUR SCREEN NOW?" I said "Nothing. Stop trying to scam me. Good-bye." And I hung up the phone.
