I would love to do that, except I AM from the 213 area code. I have a 213 cell phone # and so does the rest of my immediate family and some relatives. I wish these scammers would stop using these numbers because I think my number has been spoofed once before. A guy even called me and said, "Who is this, why are you calling me?" and I was like, "I'm sorry sir, I don't know your number, and I'm pretty sure whoever is calling you is scamming you, because I've never called this number." (He was also a 213 area code number, by the way, so I also thought he was a scammer, but apparently he was a legitimate person).
