I just received a call from 213-232-3224 and I missed it so I called right back and now it is saying this is not a working number well someone is working it or they would not have called my phone.
Got a fax from this number - it originated from Troxel Helmet company. This is one of our suppliers for our horse tack supply shop. The fax number we have for Troxel is totally different though. Agree with others that it is probably originating as an e-mail fax.
While I think this is a scam, the easy solution is to call-forward individual number to a valid fax number.
I was getting HUNDREDS of calls from a fax when my number accidently got put into the dialer of a business in NYC. I tried sending a fax from my work machine back. They took the call, so they got my fax, but the calls continued. I tried everything, with no success. So after 3 days I was totally frustrated. I just forwarded the calls to my work fax. Then since the cover letter showed the correct number who it was supposed to go to, I started sending faxes to every one of them. BIG LONG many page faxes, with some pretty crude messages asking them to call their contact at the company to stop calling my phone! Maybe 10 times each. Or more.
EVERY call I got, a many page rude and crude fax went out to the intended recipient.
If this is from eFax, they have 1-323-817-3205 as a billing questions number
They also have a number at 1-323-817-3207
They even have an 800 number at (800) 958-2983
EVERYBODY shoudld call them back!!
Oh, they won't talk to you unless you have a 'premium account', so you should call the billing number.
To be fair, this MAY not be their fault, but someone abusing their system. But they need to know. If it's abuse, THEY need to get a handle on it. If it's them, nail them.
