Called looking for my mother who does not speak english or have anything in her name let alone a debt. told me dont be a smart person and get a lawyer and got really rude so i gave him a dose of my mind and called him a few choice words.

I got a call today twice from a Patrick Johnson and he speaks in a strange, scary voice. Tells me it is time sensitive and that either I or my attorney need to call him. He says don’t disregard this message. If you do disregard this message, all I can do is wish you good luck as the situation unfolds on you.
The call comes in on my caller id at work as 302-365-8149 but he tells me to call him back on 213-232-4396. He is really creepy sounding.
yes patrick also left me a threatning message on my voicemail. When i called them guy named David picked up and asked for my attorney's information but when i told them i dont have one then he read something & he had my all information first i was scared when i told them i want to pay this then first he told me we never accept payments here and then he told that they have option of OCR something i was not able to understand him and then after he told me that i have to pay some about $800 and then he told me to fax a letter. He had a thick indian accent i had a dout about this then i called my boyfriend and he told me that its a SCAM.
