Who called from 2132330119

Called around 3:00 PM central time.  Did not leave a message

We receive phone calls from this number every Sunday....anywhere from midnight to 3pm.  They always call 2 or 3 times in a row..and it's always a fax machine.  
How can we get this to stop?

What!? We get this call too, at least three times in a row every few days. When we DO answer all we get is beeping. Who is it!?

The number is registered to someone in Los Angeles, California. (The only place I could find that could be was Yap Medical Clinic‎ 3030 W 6th St, Los Angeles, CA (213) 380-4604).  AT&T traced the number to Paetec Communications Inc.  If you continue to have problems, contact Paetec directly at 877-340-2555.  Hope this helps!
