These people have called 4 times in the last two weeks. I suspect them of malicious activity. They hack into PC via third party and instigate "blue screen". They will then call on the phone and announce themselves as being from "Windows support". They tell you that it has come to their attention that you just experienced a blue screen and they ask to go onto your computer with you so they can walk you through the "fix". This is a scam!!! My trustworthy computer tech told me that these people will hack and create the blue screen just so people will allow them into their computer (yes....some do!). Once inside your computer they can gather all kinds if info including credit card numbers....you name it...you've been scammed!!
