I got the same thing on my cell phone and on my house phone today at 9:15 PM March 20, 2008. I have told them to stop calling, it's always a foreign guy. Saying something I can't hardly understand most of the time and then today he called I hung up he called again I listened to say what he said this time. Says Me like you in a foreign voice. I called the police to file a report. I'm also printing all the comments about this page and taking it to a private investagtor. The calls have been coming to me for the last two weeks. I sick of it and a bit scared since they keep calling.
Got a call from this number at work today. Foreign accent representative claimed she was from "ITC" or "IPC" - Industrial Technology Consultants, and that they were "updating their contact information". When I indicated that I am a lawyer, they decided to end the call with "Thank you very much, sir. Goodbye.", but could not hang up on me.
Sounded scammy to me.
