I just received a call from this number that went on for about twenty minutes...whether actually live or a recording of a live speech...it was a woman at first discussing health insurance than switched to a man definitely giving a campaign speech but unknown who....he did say several times "When I'm president..." but it definitely was not Obama or McCain.
