There's maybe 12 hours difference in the two, which puts 1106 PM near midday there and within business hours. Don't be surprised at anything done or attempted by these fools.
This number called our business tonight at 2306 hours. (Seriously, who calls a business on the other side of the country after 11 pm?!) Caller ID said "Los Angeles CA." Because our customers sometimes have emergencies that need tending to the boss picked up the phone, thinking it might be a legitimate call, but there was no one responded to his answer. I don't know if it was simply an inconsiderate wrong number or a scam artist.
