I got a call from this number.  Caller  ID says L.A.Times but they hung up on four rings.  I also got a call from 213-237-7161 30 minutes earlier.  Same thing, also L.A.Times. I'm a customer but I can always change that.  They hang up before I can get to the phone.  Blocking both.
