Who called from 2132392896

I received a call from 213-239-2896. Unfortunately, I answered the call & all I heard was complete silence. I was completely quiet & then finally hung up. I called the number and couldn't understand the lady, but it sounded like a sales "company."

They call 2-3 times/day. Never leave a message. Called them back, it said I was next in line, but no one ever picked up.....

I got a phone call from 213-239-2896. But I got cut off in 3 seconds. When I try to call be I get static in my phone.

This number 213-239-2896 must have been an agency of some sort.  No Name of it.

SCAM- Says you're elibilble for college grants from Pres. Obama and you need to fill out the app. over the phone.  He wants you to pay an app. fee with credit or debit over the phone.  No gov't application needs to be filled out over the phone, and I'm certainly not giving my credit card number over the phone!
