I got a text msg from 213-245-0241 about lowering my debt. I have NO idea who they are or how they got my number, but I am angry. I called the number back and left a msg for them to remove my number from their records.

i had my cell phone over a year had never called anyone only family members right off the bat i get this i called my cell phone co had them to block all text incoming and outgoing on my phone this one call cost me over $6.00 and i was credited for the call.
