Caller is leaving a message, stating they are with the IRS and not to ignore the message because they will take action.

Me too yet it cannot be we do our taxes correctly each via an accountant, absolutely a fraudulent call.

Same message from IRS, stating this is the last message and they are taking legal action against me.

I have received the same phone call twice when I tried to return it the call it just rings.

Never return those calls.  THe callers can become seriously abusive when they find their scams aren't working.
