caller said he was william from tri max mortgage. i asked him to remove my name from list as i am on do not call list (prior to him coming on line a recorder message said if i wanted to refinance my home to stay on line) william's response was "since you aswked so nice...i'll talk to you next time" and hung up. tri max mortgage is located in canada, at least that is the address given on their website. so much for reporting to f.c.c. since canada isnt in their jurisdiction.
called at 8:30 p.m. It was a recorded message from a mortgage company. I thought recorded messages upon answering the phone was illegal in California...why aren't these buffoons fined???
