Phone rang, saw it was a California call, and thinking it was someone I know who might have just changed their number/subscriber, I answered. And what I heard was a pre-taped message of what sounded like some politician but turned out to be some kind of sales crap. I hit ignore before it could finish. When calling the number back on a land line, you get the message, "the subscriber is not receiving calls at this time".
