I'm continually baffled at how these telemarketers (or should I call them con artists?) can "stay in business" (with what are almost certainly spoofed phone numbers). Their abuse of robo-calling has undoubtedly expanded the usage of voice mail.
I received a call from this number. It was an automated message that said "don't hang up" and then disconnected the call. I tried calling back to find out the name of the company and it was busy. Thanks for the information - I've blocked the caller.
