Who called from 2132575233

Received a call from 2132575233 at 10:00 am today. Was driving and unable to answer. Called it back about an hour later and it says "the number is disconnected"
So irritating!

Received a call on my cell phone.  Didn't answer.  No message left.  Called back got Verizon message that number is no longer in service.  Very annoying.

"He asked me if he could put me on hold, when he got back on the line he said the place is in Teehachtapee Ca."

Did he mean Tehachapi maximum security state prison?
