Someone with a thick Indian accent saying he's from the "legal Dept." And says I am avoiding him because my voice mail keeps answering. Can not understand most of the message but it is in a threatening tone. Blocked his calls from my phone.

They just called my house with the same thing. They said my daughter was going to be arrested for not paying income tax. I told them she was only 10 years old and has never worked in her life, that still wouldn't stop them.
He was try to contact my 12 year old niece. Same story as your and would not talk to an adult guardian. I don't know if this is someone trying to scam money or if this is a child molester.
I got repeated call today and yesterday with the same thing. Indian woman with a thick accent stating legal action was started against me and I needed to talk to the lawyer assigned to my case. I replied with " I don't think that the US Treasury makes it habit for random [***] to call its citizens and make threats. Send me your credentials or don't ever call me again you f'ing [***]"
Said he is from legal services of the Department of the U.S. Treasury...told me there is a warrant out for my arrest...when i told him he was crazy..said someone would be on their way to arrest me..pretty intimidating but still with his foreign accent it just didn't sound credible..
