a message was left from a peter thomas from harvilent and associates claiming he has a payday loan that i took out, to which i NEVER did. he also called me quite a few months ago using another name and claiming to be from another comapny. i reconize his voice.
I got a call from Scott Freeman from a professional assets solutions saying there giving me a verbal summons. Penal code 3234-3-104. Not sure what this is.
It is someone saying they are collecting on a pay day loan, but they wont send proof. At first they called and said they were calling from a county I used to live in in Florida, then I said I dont live there, so they called and said they were calling from a county in Illinois, which I dont live in. He says he is standing with the police and they are ready to come get me on a warrent and he knows where I live and work so he is sending them. I say come and get me. Dont pay on anything they wont prove.
