Who called from 2132610112

I get a call two or three time a day from this number

it's a collection agency.  Rasch, Curtis & Associates and they use different area codes, even 866 xxx-xxxx numbers

Received call for first time today.

Who is this [***] trying to make himself sound important?

seems to be a collection agency or some kind of service that tracks down people.  Called three times today on my cell phone - no caller id shows up, no message left if you don't answer the call.  When I did answer, they left a message with a number to call back and a case number and the name of a person I do not know who they were attempting to reach.  I called the number back and asked them to take my number off that account, as i did not know who it was they were attempting to reach.  We'll see if it worked!
