I am not in USA but in Canada. I have clean credit & still why they called me on my cell? But they did not speak to me. I should complaint why they are calling without cause!!!!
CMRE is correct... very annoying. I don't owe them any money, but they keep calling my # for a Richard Quail since 2007. I have told them numerous times and let them know that I don't know who Richard Quail is and to stop calling... they don't listen, any one know what else i can do?
send them a letter telling them to stop calling your number (cease and desist). Explain you are not the person they seek. They have 30 days to stop calling. After that you would have to seek legal advice or change your number
