Mike Johnson with the "Department of Legal Affairs" said that they had been leaving me voice messages, but had received no reply and that I was "trying to avoid the situation." They couldn't even pronounce my name right and spoke very broken English. It was obviously a debt collector.

Received a message today at 9:58 AM from a person whose "spoken English" made it hard to understand her. It was from the "Department of Legal Affairs" regarding an arraignment issue(?)... The sounds in the background were like that of a wire house, or marketing firm?
