Yeah these guys just called me and asked for someone with my name and then assumed I was agreeing to some last 4 digest SS# and then proceeded to tell me I was getting served for some credit card debt! Ha ha ha I called BS on the guy and told him I wasn't who they were looking for (not my SS#). Then he proceeded to tell me I agreed to the SS# and that the call was recorded and how it wasn't too late to get this "taken care of".

I told him I work in a call center and that it's the law to disclose the fact that the call is being recorded, if in fact it is! Wouldn't a law firm know this? Yeah a legit one! Not these scammers...

I have received multiple calls from this number in which the representative blurts out a name and threatens that if I am not the person then hang up the phone. They call from different extensions and the background is always busy. Does anyone know who they are?
I'm so glad that I had this conversation with you guys, because i new it was a scam all along. I have purchased a moneypak card and loaded 200 dollars on it and then quickly loaded on my own personal card before they could even take it. After that I got a phone call stating that the moneypak card had a zero balance. After I had hung up the phone, the person called me back and left a hateful message on my voice mail. He called himself Alex johnson.
Unsolicited and suspicious phone calls from this number with the caller claiming to be with an attorney's office trying to serve a court ordered garnishment. They repeatedly try with different names. They may be attempting to obtain private information without the correct legal documentation (claims is trying to confirm "his facts").
