Foreign man called from this number. Knew my name l. Said he was from Microsoft and asked if I had a computer or tablet. When I told him I didn't he got weird and said ma'am I love you. When I called the number back to see if it was a company or private number they said it was a Skype number.

Total scam. Originates in either India or Pakistan. Don't call them back, they are tech scammers who want remote access to your computer. Block their calls!
