TPS most likely stands for Turning Point SOlutions.  History of debt scamming on 800notes with  the "call back in 2 hours threats".  Call from a variety of numbers.

Received a detailed and threatening phone call on 21 Dec 2014 requiring a very rapid response.  Rapid message delivery.  If this was real it would not be such a quick reaction phone call.

Got a call from this number. As rick said, it was a threatening call and they told me I had 2 hours to call them back.

Just like the others I received a call threatening me and saying that I refused to sign for legal documents and to avoid further legal action I need to call them within two hours.

I just received a call from them stating they were calling for legal documents that my husband refused to sign for and he had two hours to return their call--left me with a VM to call back 231-262-8368 and a "reference number".
