This phone # does not belong to Turning Point Solutions, LLC and when you call , it goes to the "Loss and Mitigation department" which Im sure is misleading as to what they really do

***A company must be licensed in their state as well as the one they are trying to collect in if two different states are involved.
Some Tips:
*Keep all messages
*Take a picture of your Caller ID
*Keep any and all conversations recorded to your states recording laws, some require they be told, others do not. This can be transferred to a recording device.
*Keep a notebook handy for writing time, date, who you spoke with and what the conversation detailed.
*Check your SOL for your state as well.
*Attorneys need to be licensed as a DC to collect, all DC's must be licensed in their state as well as yours if different.

Caller: TPS
Left voice mail with my name, stating refusal to sign for legal documents & must call back within 2 hours.
Could hear many voices in background. Looked up number left on voice mail, found this site.
Phone Identified as Private Number & Call Blocking software sent it straight to voice mail.
SCAM!
Leaves a voice mail about missing or refused documents, must call within two hours.
Just signed the site owner up for at multiple dating sites, looking for any and all partners, hope he enjoys all the email
and phone calls he'll be receiving. Least I could do for him.
