These clowns have called never leave a message the one time I did pick up got nothing but dead air. Beware people there out to steal your hard earn money.
Called my cellphone. I was expecting a call so I answered it. They use a fake "interactive" outgoing message. Hi, How are you doing today? Great, you have been pre-selected....
Free Cruise / Survey Scam. Automated message to voicemail, transcribed by 'Vonage Visual Voicemail' :
"We would like for you to participate in a short survey and at the end of the survey you will be awarded your free cruise. Let's get started. Okay. I'm sorry I didn't hear you clearly. To receive your complimentary cruise tickets. And to start the survey please say yes otherwise please say no to be removed from National statistical survey studies. Okay sorry to have bothered you we will remove you from our list immediately"
I'll believe they removed me from their list just about the time hell freezes over!! What I find funny is that while their machine is leaving a message on my machine, their machine responded like it actually got a 'NO' response....Interesting..
