Received call on cell and did not answer even though I am in LA and it is an LA area code. Number was unfamiliar. Number is now blocked because of this site listing. Never answer unfamiliar calls but google number to see if there are complaints. DNC list is worthless.
I received many of these kind of calls. What's their purpose to make these calls since they didn't say anything? When I called back, the machine said it's not in service.
