I just got a call from this number at 7:15 pm. 01/25/2017 no message left.

My cell phone goes off while I'm busy at work and I thought I recognized the number.  It is a prerecorded woman's that states she dropped her headset (to get past saying your name) and goes into the story of you've won a free stay at a resort.  It is the same fraktards that call from 3234724282

Telemarketer re free stay at resort ....

A womenc called that said she dropped her headset. I immediately hung up.
