Called my DNC home line. No message. Blocked the number.

called my cell- I always answer by saying, "Hello. You're on a recorded line." No one responded. It sounded like a robocall. Caller ID just showed the number and Los Angeles, CA

spam/scam. Don't pickup just block it.

Picked up phone, but didn't say anything. Waited 10 seconds and it hung up. Usually bots listen for an audible Hello or something.
