They claim to be Capital Management Services, they claim to send me information about a 9 year old debt i supposedly have, I have never recieved it. I have a strong feeling they are scammers because all they say over and over is "would you like to pay for this with a credit card?" A 9 year old debt is a waste of any collection agents time as the statue of limitations is up after 6 years. They don't seem to understand what cease and desist means either.
They call several times a day and hang up as soon as the answering machine picks up. I am not sure but it could be a debt collection agency. I lately have problems paying bills.

These people keep calling me stating that i have a 10 year old debt with a telephone company. We have asked repeatedly for them to send proof of debt but they have not. The Statue of limitations is long been up. We do not owe anything. They are harrasing us. I received another phone call from them but it seems they have changed there number to 646-352-801. Beware of these bottom-feeders. They are scammers. Please do not give them any information. Just hang up.
