I'm just trying to figure out who you are because I keep missing your calls but I don't mean to its just that I'm not always around WiFi

I'm just trying to figure who is this person calling me but I can't tell because every time they call I miss it because I don't have WiFi all the time but when I try to call the number back it rings for a very long time then just hangs up

Blocked them from getting through via auto reject, calls once a day no message. Called back today no ring just white background noise. Who is this?
