Is the actual landline of a company that also uses 282-726-2524 to make threatening phone calls. They state they have a paid day loan that was unpaid and they three warrants against you. They say that are going to have you arrested and publicly shamed. THey are abusive. Their telephone carrier is MCI Worldcom in CA which is also Verizon. I filed a complaint against already. Just a head's up.
Receved call today. Did not answer. Person with foreign ascent left message that a friend of mine, who's name you could not understand was being looked at for fraudulent activity andd that she gave my name as a reference. If I didn't call back I would be charged also. Was told to call 866-805-8001 and if I didn't call back I would be charged also. Called back and the same person answered phone. Asked who he was and he hung up. This sounds like a scam to me. Want call again.
